His reputation in Hampton Roads has established him as one of the most talented and trustworthy technicians in the field. He has built a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and his ability to build long-term relationships with customers is what allows Eastern Autowerks to truly fulfill their needs.

Tracy has worked alongside Randy since opening Eastern Autowerks in 2005. She believes that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any business, and it has been her goal to set the gold standard in that area. Tracy ensures that every customer experience is elevated, providing a family-like environment where you feel in control and empowered with your service needs.
